Type locality: Tuc Dup Hill, Tri Ton District, An Giang Province, Vietnam (10° 22.954’ N, 104° 57.336’ E), 100 m elevation.

DiagnosisDiagnosis: Cnemaspis tucdupensis differs from all other southeast Asian Cnemaspis in having the unique combination of a maximum SVL of 51.0 mm; 10 supralabials; 8 or 9 infralabials; scales of anterior portion of forearm keeled; smooth ventral scales; no precloacal or femoral pores; linearly arranged row of tubercles on flanks; caudal tubercles restricted to a single paravertebral row on each side; smooth subcaudals with an enlarged median row; two or three cloacal tubercles; no shield-like subtibial scales; subtibial scales smooth; enlarged submetatarsal scales beneath first toe; 27–30 subdigital lamellae on fourth toe; no distinct, large, dark spots on neck and back; no white markings on flanks; dark bands encircling tail; and posterior 25% of tail not white. CommentAbundance: only known from its original description (Meiri et al. 2017).
