(Pal et al. 2022)
CommentGroup: Belongs to the gracilis clade.
EtymologyNamed after the famous actor and martial artist Jackie Chan. The new species was found to be very fast and moved rapidly on rock boulders, sneaking into the smallest crevices to escape when approached, reminiscent of the stunts of Jackie Chan. His many screen characters as an explorer and adventurer have been an inspiration for the authors.
