Type locality: “Neizar in Seistano”, “Pendsch-Sara in Kirmano orient”, “Duz-Abad” (fide WERMUTH 1965). “Neizarl, Sistan, Iran and Duz-Abaad and Pendsch-Sara, Kerman, Iran” fide ANDERSON 1999 [restricted to Pendsch-Sara by Szcerbak and Golubev 1986:196]

DiagnosisDiagnosis: No subfemoral tubercles; males with preanal pores only, in scales significantly larger than surrounding ones; subcaudal plates one head-width behind vent enlarged, plate-like, in single median series; caudal tubercles forming terminal ring of each segment; dorsal tubercles distinctly smaller than interspaces, not distinctly trihedral; peritoneum darkly pigmented; limbs and tail thin and attenuate; 24-28 abdominal scales across middle of belly (14-17 scales across belly in distance equal to length of snout); snout length less than 1.5 times diameter of eye (Anderson 1999: 153). 
CommentSimilar species: Similar to C. golubevi.

EtymologyNamed after the genus Agamura + Greek -oid = like, similar to (Partridge, 1966).
