Synonymy: KAISER et al. 2013 rejected all names coined by HOSER in or after 2000. 
EtymologyNamed after Hendrikus Albertus Lorentz (1871 – 1944), Dutch explorer in New Guinea and diplomat in South Africa who collected the type specimen.
