Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Body size medium, SVL 59.8 – 77.3 mm; tail quite long, TALGSVL 2.85 in males, 2.71 – 2.83 in females; head moderate, HLGSVL 0.31 – 0.32; limbs relatively short, FLLGSVL 0.48 – 0.56, HLLGSVL 0.72 – 0.81; tympanum concealed; nuchal crest strongly developed, composed of 3 – 4 elongate, lanceolate, laterally compressed scales; dorsal crest feebly developed, composed of 29 – 35 serrated arranged scales; no skin fold under nuchal and dorsal crests; finger IV subdigital lamellae 23 – 26, toe IV subdigital lamellae 27 – 32, ventral head and body scales heterogeneous, strongly keeled, no transverse gular fold, shoulder fold feebly developed. Background color of body white in males and green or light green in females, some females have partly or completely brown dorsal color; distinct transverse stripes on dorsal head in males, absent in females with brown dorsal color; males with distinct yellow dorsolateral stripes reaching anterior half or two-thirds of trunk, females with no or indistinct dorsolateral stripes; ventral head with many thin black stripes; base of each scale on gular region orange, proportion of orange on each scale gradually increased towards apical region of gular pouch, orange covered less than half of each scale on apical region of gular pouch; oral cavity and tongue vitelline yellow.
