Diagnosis	Diagnosis: — Patagium inmales with indistinct,dark bands; base ofthe gular pouch dark grey, with light spots at the border with the lateral pouches; gular pouch i n males 1.65-1.67 times the head length (Musters 1983: 17). Comment	Distribution: possibly in Bhutan (Lenz 2012). The North-east Indian State of Assam in now divided into seven states. See map in Manthey 2010: 109. Because of the similarity between D. norvillii and D. blanfordi, the single report from Myanmar (Musters 1983) is likely D. blanfordi, not norvillii. Synonymy: likely to be a synonym of D. blanfordi. There are no diagnostic morphological characters that distinguish the two species (J. McGuire, pers. comm., 26 June 2019).
Etymology	Named after the collector of the type (F. H. Norvill) of Doom Dooma, Upper Assam (now Arunachal Pradesh), the type locality may be restricted to 'North-eastern India, possibly Doom Dooma (27º 34'N; 88º 08'E), Arunachal Pradesh, northeastern India).
