Comment	Apparently not listed in the Zoological Record of 1918-1919. SCHMIDTLER & SCHMIDTLER 1978 give 1917 as the year of description. Phylogenetics: Closely related to E. modestus cilicius and molecularly nested within E. modestus (NAGY et al. 2004). Distribution: For a map see Sindaco et al. 2013.
