Distribution | E Afghanistan Type locality: 5-10 miles east-northeast of Nimla, along old Kabul-Jalalabad road, approximately 10 miles southwest of Balabagh, Afghanistan [34°19-21’ N., 70°10-15' E.], at an elevation of about 3,500 feet. |

Diagnosis | DIAGNOSIS. Ventrals in 12 to 14 oblique longitudinal series; subocular not bordering mouth; frontal and supraoculars not separated by a complete row of granules; three nasals, the lower in contact with three anterior supralabials; occipital absent; anterior enlarged supraocular longer than its distance from second loreal; first transverse row of pectoral scales twice as long as broad, twice as long as succeeding rows; 17 to 18 femoral pores on each side, the two series separated by a space not exceeding ¼ the length of each; toes with a single series of unicarinate subdigital lamellae.
