Type locality: ‘..5 km S.W. of Pullareddygudem (south of the excavated ‘ashwamedh site’), Nagarjunakonda Valley, Guntur Dist.’; ‘Nandikonda Valley, Vijayapuri North, Nalgonda Dist.’; ZSI 21176 (paratype), from ‘Eddenmotu Hills, 3 km. S. of Pullareddygudem village, Nagarjunakonda Valley East, Guntur Dist.’; ‘..hills on right bank of R. Krishna, 3 km. S. of Vijayapuri South, Nalgonda District’. The provenance is unknown. [fide Das et al. 1998]
