TypesHolotype. ZSM 2103/2007 (FGZC 1095), adult male, collected on 25 February 2007, by P. Bora, H. Enting, F. Glaw, A. Knoll, J. Köhler and A. Razafimanantsoa. 
CommentEtymology. The senior author dedicated this new chameleon species to his son Timon Robert Glaw.
