Type locality: Two miles south of Vista Hermosa, 1750 m elevation, Oaxaca, Mexico.  
TypesHolotype: KU 87447, an adult female, University of Kansas Natural History Museum & Biodiversity Research Center, collected 19 June 1964 by R. L. Holland.
