Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Differs from Kaestlea travancorica as follows: scales round middle of neck and dorsum 36-41 (mean 39); midbody scale rows 28-30/ mean 28.7; 5 temporal in a single line from centre of secondary temporals to edge of ear; a single row of scales on dorsal surface of fingers on forelimbs (Fig. 2c-d).
