Type locality: Lhasa, Tibet.

CommentNomenclature: the common name, Anan's Rock Agama, is of unknown origin and doesn’t make much sense (Pauwels & Wahlgren 2012).

Distribution: possibly in Bhutan (Lenz 2012).
