Comment | Pseudogekko labialis possesses non-arched preanofemoral pore series, a diagnostic characteristic of the genus Lepidodactylus (Kluge, 1968). Based on examination of external morphology of the available specimens, SILER et al. 2013 anticipate that P. labialis eventually will be placed back in the genus Lepidodactylus. Abundance: Rare. This is one of the species called 'lost' and 'rediscovered' by Lindken et al. 2024. |
