Diagnosis 
CommentSynonymy partly after COGGER 1983. Heteropus vertebralis De Vis, 1888 is preoccupied in Lygosoma.

Distribution: see map in HOSKIN & COUPER 2015 (Fig. 1). 
Etymologynamed after the type locality whose name (”Muldiva”) is a corruption of the aboriginal name for the creek Mundiva.
