Distribution	Colombia (Amazonas) Type locality: en la vereda de los Ingleses (01°19’42”S, 69°30’33”W), por el promotor de salud Venancio Tanimuka.

Diagnosis	Diagnosis: “Liotyphlops haadi puede ser distinguida de todos los con- géneres por presentar 20-20-20 series de escamas dorsales alrededor del cuerpo; tres escamas en contacto con el borde posterior del escudo prefrontal; una escama contactando la región posterior de la nasal entre la segunda escama supra- labial y el escudo prefrontal; cuatro escamas en la primera hilera de escamas dorsales verticales, considerando la se- gunda supralabial y la prefrontal; pigmentación de la re- gión ocular ausente; cabeza de color blanco, ovalada; color castaño claro en el dorso y en las regiones dorso-laterales del cuerpo; la región ventral coloración crema, la cual se extiende desde la región gular hasta la cola” (from SILVA HAAD et al. 2008).
