DistributionPhilippines (“Caldera on Mindanoo” = Mindanao, Luzon, Sibuyan)

Type locality: Zamboanga Peninsula, Mindanao.  
Reproduction 
TypesHolotype: USNM 5685 (Listed as the holotype of Hombronia fasciolaris Girard, 1858, by Cochran 1961) (also according to the Remarks in original ledger entry). Zug (1985:151) questions the type status of this specimen and suggests that this specimen might in fact be the holotype of Lipinia vulcania Girard, 1858). Maybe lost fide Glenn Shea, pers. comm., Feb 2019.

CommentExternal ear opening present; seven supralabials; supralabial V in midorbital position; 32 midbody scale rows; 62 longitudinal scale rows between parietals and tail base; and 17 lamellae under toe IV (from DAS & AUSTIN 2007).
