Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Distinguished from all other species of the genus in having 16 scale rows on the body, 14 on the tail, and an undifferentiated cloacal shield. In addition the paravertebral scale rows extend forward to separate the parietals from the postfrontal. (Broadley & Wallach 2007)

Comment | Based on a single specimen. A second specimen was described by BOUNDY 2013. |
Etymology | Named after Dr. Hampton Wildman Parker (1897-1968), who first suggested that the Degeh Bur specimen might represent an undescribed species. |
