CommentDistribution (debilis): Not listed in TRAPE & MANÉ 2006. Records from Mauritania are questionable (fide PADIAL, pers. comm.). Not in Benin fide ULLENBRUCH et al. 2010. Not listed for Togo by Segniagbeto et al. 2012.

Synonymy: Glauconia debilis CHABANAUD 1918: 111 has been synonymized with Leptotyphlops narirostris boueti by HAHN & WALLACH 1998.
