weiseri: Type locality: “Caspinchango, Valle Cachaqué (Prov. Catamarca), Argentinien”

TypesHolotype: MNHN-RA 1706, a 712 mm specimen (A. d'Orbigny).
Holotype: ZMH R04371(formerly no. 3603), male; 3 paratypes ZMH R04372, adult , R04373, subadult, R04374, juvenile (formerly no. 3603); W Conception, Paraguay, leg. H. WEHNER, vend. Dez. 1, 1900: 1 paratype ZMH R04422, female (formerly no. 3620). In the same jar as the holotype were 3 specimens from which no measurements or numers are listed in WERNER (1909: 231) he wrote: “ein Junges ohne dunkle Punkte auf den hellen Zwischenräumen zwischen den Querbinden”. But all specimens of this jar may be examined by WERNER and are paratypes. ZMH R04422 meets the measurements of the female in WERNER’s description (from Hallermann 1998) [inaequifasciata]

Holotype: lost, was ZMH, destroyed in WW II,+ collected by L. des Arts, Jr. [inaequifasciatus]
