Diagnosis 
CommentLimb morphology: Limbless; no ear openings visible. 
EtymologyNamed after Professor Dr. Jacques Millot (1897-1980), a physician and naturalist at Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris. He published on arachnology and on a fossil coelacanth that had been found in Madagascar, and later on live specimens.
