Diagnosis
Comment	Synonymy: FITZSIMONS 1943 listed Eremias breviceps STERNFELD 1911 as a synonym of E. namaquensis.
Etymology	Named after Latin “brevis, -e” = short and “-ceps”, a short form of “caput” = head.
