Type locality: “Philippines”  
Reproductionoviparous 
TypesType: BMNH 1946.1.15.16 (and possibly additional specimens).
Holotype: CAS-SUR 23391, adult male, collected 1959 by Angel Alcala. [myersi] 
Diagnosis 
CommentSome species of this genus are venomous although we do not have information about this particular species.

The CAS holotype catalogue also has R. a. myersi (status unclear).
