DistributionSri Lanka (Central and Uva Provinces, Haldumulla, Nanunukula, Uva Patnas), 1100-1400 m elevation.

Type locality: "Lennock estate in the centre of the Uva Patnas at about 4,000 to 4,200 feet . . . (also 1 specimen from) Kalupahani estate, Haldumulle District, [elevation:] about 3,000 feet, Ceylon”
