Distribution: Not listed by CROTHER 2000 for North America.

Hatchlings and juveniles are banded while adults are speckled (see HOLANOVA 2003). Not listed by Krysko & Daniels (2005). 
EtymologyNamed after its color, Latin “cinis, cineris” = ash.
