Type locality: Faro Island

wolfi: Solomon Islands (Buka); Type locality: “Vorgelagertes Eiland von Buka, Salomonen”; Lectotype: SMF 14492.

Diagnosis 
CommentBurt & Burt (1932) noted that the purported diagnostic character for wolfi (presence of supranasals) was variable within concinnatus and hence suggested to synonymize the two. Some recent authors have considered wolfi as a valid species though.

Note that Lygosoma (Hinulia) maindroni wolfi STERNFELD 1918 and Lygosoma (Otosaurus) wolfi STERNFELD 1918 (occasionally considered as a synonym of Sphenomorphus concinnatus) are different taxa.
