DistributionHispaniola (Cul de Sac-Valle de Neiba plain in both the Dominican Republic and Haiti, Tiburon Peninsula)

Type locality: "Fond Parisien, [Dept. de l'Ouest,] Haiti".

Etymology: The term decorata is from the Latin decorus, elegant or decorative, referring to the plastron pattern.

Reproduction: oviparous.
