CommentRelationships: Genetic studies by Mausfeld-Lafdhiya et al. (2004) and Rocha et al. (2010) show that the subspecies T. maculilabris casuarinae from Casuarina Island off the coast of North Mozambique is nested within T. comorensis and thus most likely represents a recent colonization event.
