Type locality: Cueva de bs Indios, San Vicente, Pinar del Rio Province, Cuba.

Diagnosis 
CommentIllustrations: see Schwartz, 1957; Schwartz and Henderson, 1985.

Habitat: partly arboreal (Harrington et al. 2018). 
EtymologyNamed after John R. Feick, an Associate Professor of Biology, St. Anselm's College, Manchester, New Hampshire (1961-2005) who worked closely with Schwartz.
