Type locality: none given (although DUMÉRIL 1851: 171 says “Java”

Diagnosis 
CommentThe data by Firmansyah et al. 2023 is somewhat dubious, e.g. they have SVL of several species ranging from “0.033” to ”0.040” (Table 1, without units given). 
EtymologyNamed after Coenraad Jacob Temminck (March 31, 1778-January 30, 1858), Dutch aristocrat and zoologist.
