Distribution: Not listed for Tanzania by BROADLEY & HOWELL 1991. 
EtymologyNamed after Latin quattuor, four + Latin seriatum, in rows, arranged in a series. ["...Tuberkeln mäßig groß, flach, fingemagelförmig, lediglich vier Längsreihen bildend (bei G. africanus 10—14)…"].
