| Diagnosis | Diagnosis: A member of the leonhardii group with long tail and legs, no vertebral stripe, well-developed white midlateral stripe, black latero dorsal stripe narrow and not enclosing spots, and upper lateral zone consisting of alternating rectangular blotches of black and rufous (Storr 1974).
