Distribution	Cayman Islands. Type locality: “between Pedro Point and North Sound, Grand Cayman Island, West Indies”.
Reproduction	oviparous
Types	Holotype: ANSP 22123.
Diagnosis	Diagnosis: Allied to Typhlops tenuis of Mexico and Guatemala and T. stadelmani from Honduras but differs from both in that it has 20 scale rows around the body instead of 18, and about 380 scales from rostral to tip of tail as against 347 in stadelmani and 430 in tenuis.
