Reproduction 
TypesHolotype. FMNH 263242 (field number HKV 64694), adult male, collected 6 June 2000 by Bryan L. Stuart, Dara An, and Vuthy Kong.
Paratypes. FMNH 263239–263240 (two adult females), same data as holotype except near O Tasek Stream, 11°18'39"N 104°04'42"E, 500–600 m asl, collected 4 June 2000. CBC 03495 (adult female), same data as holotype except 11o19'08"N 104o06'49"E, 310 m asl, collected 20 October 2023 by Vireak Samorn and Det Song.

DiagnosisDiagnosis (adults). Cyrtodactylus kiriromensis sp. nov. can be differentiated from all other species of the intermedius group by the combination of having 7–9 supralabials, 8–11 infralabials, 25–28 paravertebral tubercles, 17–19 longitudinal rows of dorsal tubercles, 38 or 39 ventral scales, seven expanded subdigital lamellae on the 4th toe, 12–14 unmodified expanded subdigital lamellae on the 4th toe, 19–21 total subdigital lamellae on the 4th toe, five or six expanded subdigital lamellae on the 4th finger, 11–13 unmodified expanded subdigital lamellae on the 4th finger, 17–19 total subdigital lamellae on the 4th finger, 14–29 enlarged femoral scales (both thighs combined), no femoral pores, seven or eight enlarged precloacal scales, seven or eight enlarged precloacal pores/pits, two or three enlarged post-precloacal scale rows, enlarged femoral and precloacal scales not continuous, body tubercles moderately keeled and not greatly reduced; caudal tubercles extend beyond base of tail, median subcaudals transversely expanded but not extending onto lateral caudal region, no digital pockets, dorsal color pattern not faded, no distinct dark-colored blotches on top of head, dark-colored body bands bearing lightened centers, no dark-colored markings on body between dark-colored body bands, dark-colored body bands approximately same width as light-colored interspaces and bordered by white tubercles, light-colored interspaces not reduced to thin bands, dark-colored caudal bands slightly wider than light-colored caudal bands, and light-colored caudal bands usually not bearing dark-colored markings.(Grismer et al. 2026)
