| Diagnosis | Diagnosis: A large (adult male SVL = 74–119 mm, adult female SVL = 122–134 mm) species of Cyrtodactylus having small subcaudals not arrayed in a single transverse row; throat without scattered enlarged tubercles; single continuous row of 60–73 enlarged precloacal/femoral scales (mean = 66) arrayed in a shallow chevron, containing 62–70 precloacal/femoral pores in males (mean = 66); enlarged series of precloacal-femoral scales ~4 times size of scales immediately posterior to that series (Fig. 1C); 20–31 flat tubercles on lateral skin fold (mean = 25.4); smaller, conical tubercles on top of thighs typically 4–5 times size of surrounding granules; 35–50 midbelly scale rows (mean = 41.8); 19–26 T4 lamellae (mean = 24.1); postmental width/postmental length 0.54–0.67 (mean = 0.60); postmental suture/postmental length 0.50–0.74 (mean = 0.67); dorsal ground color brown or gray brown; nuchal collar entire; 3–4 darker-brown bands or paired blotches between nuchal collar and tail base that are narrower than or as wide as the intervening ground color, distinct, those posterior to scapular region extending laterally or anterolaterally from mid-dorsum; and nuchal collar uniformly dark throughout length.
