| Diagnosis | Diagnosis (n=19). SVLmax known for the male 46.7 mm, TailL 60 mm; and for female SVLmax 51 mm, TailL 58 mm; males have two well-developed precloacal pores, located on moderately enlarged scales, 5 – 6 other enlarged scales without pores present in precloacal region; no enlarged femoral scales or femoral pores; blunt snout; eye large; smooth, rounded dorsal tubercles usually forming 10 – 12 rows across middorsum, 24 – 33 paravertebral tubercles in the longitudinal rows; dorsal scales relatively large, dorsal tubercles about 2 – 3 time larger than surrounding scales; no enlarged tubercles on the dorsal surface of the limbs; tail segments weakly demarcated; subcaudal plates in single median row; in the distal third of non-regenerated tail the subcaudal scales are bifurcated; 27 – 33 abdominal scales across middle of the belly; 108 – 138 midventral scales along the body; large triangular mental plate, 3 – 4 pairs of postmentals, first pair in broad contact. Dorsal pattern weakly developed, 3 – 4 transverse dark bands are better delineated on the anterior part of the trunk, 9 – 10 transverse bands on the tail. Elongate limbs with unclear dark bands, fingers and toes whitish and patternless. Head with small dark and whitish dots.
