| Diagnosis | Diagnosis: A subspecies reaching a snout-vent length of 71 m m; supralabials 6-9; tympanum usually covered with smooth skin; lateral pouch with slightly enlarged scales; dorsals 110-135; six or seven ribs in patagium; lateral parts of nuchal region in males with light spots (as lineatus modiglianii, Musters 1983: 45).
