Type locality: Gunung Berumput (1° 70’ N, 109° 75’ E), Pueh Mountains, Sarawak, East Malaysia.

Diagnosis 
CommentLimb morphology: Limbs reduced with only 2 toes and vestigial fingers.

Abundance: only known from the type locality (Meiri et al. 2017). 
EtymologyNamed after the Pueh Mountains, where the species occurs.
