DistributionPhilippines (Mindanao, Luzon, Sibuyan)

Type locality: “Caldera on Mindanoo” (= Zamboanga Peninsula, Mindanao)  
Reproduction 
TypesHolotype: USNM 5685 (Listed as the holotype of Hombronia fasciolaris Girard, 1858, by Cochran 1961) (also according to the Remarks in original ledger entry). Zug (1985:151) questions the type status of this specimen and suggests that this specimen might in fact be the holotype of Lipinia vulcania Girard, 1858). Maybe lost fide Glenn Shea, pers. comm., Feb 2019.
