| Comment | Lygosoma laeviceps paedocarinatum has been elevated to full species status. Boulenger (1896) thought that Sepacontias modestus (GÜNTHER 1880) represents the adult form of Lygosoma laeviceps (PETERS 1874) which he thought were juveniles. |
