DistributionMyanmar (= Burma) (Pegu, Moulmein, Martaban, Rangoon, Prome, Pyinmana, N. Chin Hills, Dawna Hills, Minhla), Bangladesh

Type locality: ‘Martaban’ (= Mottama, southern Myanmar). The intended formal description gave the type locality as ‘Martaban, opposite to Moulmein’.
