Type locality: Bevato, Isalo National Park, 22°19’ S, 45°17’ E, 700 m, Ihosy Fivondronana, Fianarantsoa Province, Madagascar.  
Reproductionoviparous (phylogenetic imputation, fide Zimin et al. 2022) 
TypesHolotype: UMMZ 217045 (RAN 47874), mature (?) male, collected 15 February 1995 by N. Coutou and C. J. Raxworthy.
