Diagnosis | Diagnosis (parietalis): This southern race is distinguished from the other subspecies by the distinctive fusion of posterior supraocular and parietal (in 81%). In size and ventral counts it agrees with the typical form. Traces of black dorsal stripes are restricted to the tail in large adults. |
