Comment | The type series of Oedura rhombifer Gray 1845 is composite. The SE-Queensland morph of O. rhombifer has been described as Oedura jacovae by COUPER et al. (2007). Oedura jacovae sp. nov. is not conspecific with the lectotypes of O. rhombifer (BMNH xxii.3a) or O. lesueurii (MNHN 268). Karyotype: 2n = 36 (King 1987) |
