Diagnosis 
CommentSynonymy: after MYERS et al. 2011.

Group: this species has been assigned to the ocellifer group, but cannot be assigned to any group fide ARIAS et al. 2011. In fact, it may be a hybrid between C. ocellifer and C. abaetensis. 
EtymologyNamed after Latin nativus, original; innate; natural. (Esteban Lavilla, pers. comm., April 2024)
