Comment	For illustrations see Lazell, 1983. Ecomorph class: trunk-ground. Species group: Ctenonotus cristatellus species group (fide NICHOLSON et al. 2012). Abundance: only known from the type locality (Meiri et al. 2017).
Etymology	Named after Ernest E. Williams (1914-1998), American herpetologist.
