Etymology | Named after Marcelo S. de la Fuente, an Argentine herpetological paleontologist. He was at Museo de La Plata, Universidad de la Plata (1995), and now is a member of the Museo de Historia Natural, San Rafael, Mendoza Province, Argentina. |
