Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Small size with compact complexion. Fold in the ear opening. Base of tail swollen and enlarged post-cloacal scales in males. Snout short. High number of loreal scales. Males with gular fold yellowish, not very developed. Conspicuous suprascapular black spot. Mental divided, as long as wide. |
Comment | Species group: Anolis carolinensis species group (fide NICHOLSON et al. 2012). |
Etymology | named after the collector of the type, Rolando Teruel, Cuban arachnologist. |
