CommentFor illustrations see Cope, 1895 (as A. flabellatus); Schwartz and Henderson, 1985. Anolis opalinus is listed as a synonym of A. grahami by BOULENGER 1885.

Species group: Norops valencienni species group (fide NICHOLSON et al. 2012).
