Type locality: "Central of Nepal, northern slope of Mahabharat mountain range, along Bhainse-Pass Daman" (27° 33'N; 85° 03'E)  
TypesHolotype: ZMZ (given as SH 609/1996); SH 609 (paratype), Zürich, Switzerland 
CommentAuthorship: The first author is sometimes cited as YERIOMCHENKO, EREMCHENKO, or JERJOMTSCHENKO. We use the spelling “JEREMČENKO” to consolidate these spelling variants.
